Limited Warranty

First-ory warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase (the "Warranty Period").

Who is covered: This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable. A dated proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.

What is covered: If a defect in materials or workmanship arises during the Warranty Period, First-ory will, at its option and as your sole and exclusive remedy, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable value, or refund the original purchase price.

What is not covered: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, liquid contact, or other external causes; normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage; consumable items, including batteries, except where the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship; any damage caused by use with non-approved accessories or chargers; or damage caused by service, repair, or modification performed by anyone other than First-ory or its authorized service provider.

How to obtain service: Before returning any product, contact First-ory at support@first-ory.com to obtain return authorization and instructions. Do not return the product without authorization. Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for shipping charges to the service location; First-ory will pay return shipping for covered repairs.

Registration: Product registration is not required, and returning any registration card is not a condition of warranty coverage.

Disclaimers and limitations: To the extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty is given in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the Warranty Period. In no event shall First-ory be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.

Some U.S. states and some Canadian provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and from province to province.
